**Ari received his Law Degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario where he specialized in Business Law. Ari represents individuals and small businesses in debtor-creditor, contractual and tort disputes before the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. He regularly advised clients with respecting to incorporating and organizing new businesses or buying and selling existing ones. Ari also has experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including secured loan transactions, service contracts, and shareholders' agreements.
